Meet Nata

Before Nata Beauty, I worked in corporate finance. I was always the person who cared about getting the small details right, and at some point I realised that belonged in artistry rather than spreadsheets. So I trained in permanent makeup and beauty treatments, and the craft stuck.

15+ years and more than 500 treatments, most of what I know has come from time at the machine: how different skin heals, how pigment settles, and how to enhance a feature so it still looks like you. My process is deliberate. For brows, I sketch and map the shape to your bone structure, then get your sign-off on the pencil drawing before any pigment touches your skin.

I use premium approved pigments, a fresh sterile needle for every client, and a patch test before every PMU treatment. I will show you healed results, not just day-one photos, so you know exactly what you are paying for. If something feels off, we stop and talk it through.

Helping you feel confident and put-together every morning, without the effort.

NATA is very skilled and has a great eye for detail - something important to me because I am fussy! She is also really friendly and won't let you go unless you are 100% happy. I've had few bad experiences with manicures but NATA is refreshingly great. I can be quite indecisive about whether to go for ombré or a particular shade of colour but NATA advises me and will try a few on me so I am happy with shade against my skin tone. I get a lot of compliments from people.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between powder brows and ombre brows?

Powder brows give a soft, filled-in look, a bit like neat eyebrow makeup, which suits you if you like clear definition. Ombre brows fade from a lighter front to a darker tail for a more gradient, lifted effect. Both are machine-shaded rather than hand-drawn, and both heal to look natural. We will help you pick at your consultation.

How long does permanent makeup last?

Most permanent makeup lasts somewhere between 18 months and 3 years, depending on your skin, sun exposure and the pigment used. Some fading is normal, which is why we suggest a touch-up every 12 to 18 months to keep the colour sharp. We will go through longevity and aftercare properly when you come in.

Does permanent makeup hurt?

We use a topical numbing cream first, which takes the edge off. Most people describe it as a light scratching or vibration rather than real pain. Everyone is different, so we work at your pace and stop for a break whenever you need one. Plenty of clients tell us afterwards it was easier than they had feared.

Is permanent makeup safe?

Yes, as long as it is done by a trained artist in a clean setting with sterile kit and approved pigments. We are fully insured and registered with Bristol City Council, we patch test first, and we open a fresh needle for every client. If you have sensitive skin or any allergies, tell us beforehand and we will talk it through.

Do you offer touch-ups, and what is included?

Yes. We usually book a touch-up 6 to 8 weeks after your first session to refine the shape and top up the colour. Depending on the treatment, that is often included or discounted. After that, a colour refresh every 12 to 18 months keeps things looking fresh. You will find pricing and packages on our pricing page.

What is the healing process like?

Healing usually takes 7 to 14 days, depending on the treatment and your skin. A bit of scabbing, flaking or colour shifting along the way is completely normal. We give you full aftercare instructions, including what to avoid, and we are on hand for questions throughout. By week two or three, the colour has settled into its true, healed shade.
